Trying to reason with a fanatic bent on blood. Not an easy task!

This one goes out to my best zombie buddy Alexis! Its her birthday tomorrow.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY Lexxy!!!!!!

So this is the first page I touched up and shaded with Photoshop. Took me far too long to finish, but I definitely like Photoshop now.

I'm curious, how did you use photoshop with this page. In the future I'm thinking of drawing my comic and then touching it up in photoshop. I'd like to know your process so far.

Uh...umm my process? You are giving me far too much credit already! =P
Okay, here is what I did on that page with Photoshop.
In a nut shell, I started by drawing everything out in pencil, did the lettering and ink by hand, scanned it in and opened it up in Photoshop. Then came the long part. I stared at my screen for about an hour trying to figure out what I was going to do next.
I wasn't ready to do anything in color just then, so I stayed with black and white. I wanted to see what kinds of shading and textures I could pull off with the brush tool. So that's pretty much where I was focused. I toyed with every brush and a few I downloaded, looking for ways to portray metals, chain links, and woven cloth.
After that, I used the pencil and other brush tools to touch up a little, add in some extra line work, the clouds, trees on the cliffs, grass, and brick work beneath the two groups.
That is pretty much what I did.
Now a month later, I've had a chance to play around enough with the program to get some basic things figured out, and I've started coloring my pages. (the first colored page you guys will see is pg 15 on up)
I am still playing around and learning what I like, what works and what doesn't. This strip is going to see a little of everything as both it and I grow.

I'm digging the derisive comments the dwarves & elves are making about each other. They feel spot on.

The way l imagine them, Dwarves and elves are top heavy in pride. Dwarves think themselves to be practical and upfront, while elves see themselves as wise from long years of living, thus know whats best for everyone else. Each infuriate the other with the stubborn belief that they are right and the other is just too slow to admit it.
